Phone support is available during normal waking hours (8 am- 9 pm) during your pregnancy. At two weeks prior to your due date, “ON CALL” hours go into effect, and we will accept your call at any time, day or night.
IF YOU ARE SPOTTING,
OR YOUR WATER BREAKS,
CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR MIDWIFE FIRST
.. then call us.
Calls in excess of your plan hours will be charged at $1/ 5 minutes, except in emergencies.
