Postpartum Visits

newbabyYour postpartum visits will take place in your home, or at a neutral location like a coffee shop, restaurant, or book store. Postpartum visits average 1 hour, but can be as little as a half hour, or as long as two.

At your postpartum visit we can discuss your birth, and how you felt about it, how you and your baby are getting along, feeding issues, baby wearing issues, watch baby so that you can get an nap or a shower, watch siblings so that you can relax with baby.  (We can also provide you with a known, trusted sitter, so that you can get out of the house without being tethered to a carseat or stroller- but babysitting is extra!)

You can always call us during normal waking hours, post partum, with no fees.
